All the factories are currently operating at full capacity, resulting in extended production times. This urgent situation necessitates prompt action from potential customers.
We appreciate that it is very frustrating to have to wait so long for such an exciting product. Still, we do not see the lead times improving any time soon and would recommend placing your order as quickly as possible.
It's simple, really. The website only allows you to buy with a deposit, and we can also do this over the phone. So the easiest way to order a table with a deposit is to call us, and we can take the table and card details over the phone or go online to order. Alternatively, you could email the specification, and we can send you a quotation. You can pay the deposit by BACS payment or PayPal.
Once we have your pool table ready and have scheduled your delivery/installation, our office will contact you to settle the remaining balance. This typically occurs 2-3 days before the agreed installation date, providing you with ample time to prepare for the final payment.
