1985:
Gilbert Fitan, the manufacturer, creates Plaisance's first table: The French reversible billiards table.
1991:
Gilbert's son, Philip, created the 'Billiards Plaisance' brand. With the arrival of American Billiards in the factory, table development continues to improve.
1995:
Slate improvements are made. This improves the appearance of the table range and promotes better performance of each pool table.
2001:

2002:
The 2.4-meter pool table concept is developed.
2004:
