Toulet tables have a lifetime warranty (except for cloth and cushions wear and tear). Only top-quality cloths are used on these tables, which have a lifetime of around 2000 hours of playing, and rubber cushions that last around 20 to 25 years.

Production

Each pool table goes through a specific manufacturing process. Skilled technicians oversee this and guarantee that each table is finished to the Toulet standard.

The cabinet wood used in production is chosen according to precise criteria. The quality of the slate and cushion rubber is strictly controlled.

No components used on a Toulet table are outsourced, and nothing is subcontracted, so the quality control and precise checking are highly accurate.

Over several years, the factory and machinery have been improved and updated to a very high standard. The finest state-of-the-art machinery is used to produce these stunning tables.

Quality of Wood.

The tables are produced from solid wood and are available in beautiful finishes using some of the finest woods, including Oak, Walnut, Teak, and many more.

The company is a wood specialist. The tables are produced from raw wood blocks, ensuring only the finest quality and enabling the development of every conceivable finish.

Patented iron body frame

Two types of body frames are used in production. These either have L-shaped angles or U-shaped irons. The section of the metal structure is chosen according to the thickness of the slate.

The metal structures are precision ground to ensure a perfect flatness. The frames vary from 80mm to 120mm depending on slate thickness. Tighteners are added to the frames, constraining the metal plate and preventing movement from the bolted-down slate. The metal will not move over time, so these tables are produced with a lifetime warranty.

The art of slate.

These tables come with the finest quality slate bed surfaces. The thickness of the slates will vary depending on the size of the table. Depending on the dimensions, the slates are produced from 19mm to 30mm, 50mm, or 60mm.

As with all the finest pool table slates, they come from Italian or Brazilian slate quarries. These two countries produce the world's finest billiard slates due to their natural resources' high quality and flexibility.

The slates are ground to a 20th of millimetres and machine-cut to provide the game's playing surface. Once bolted to the iron body table frame, they will provide the perfect level for a tournament-standard surface.

Competition quality cushions

The cushion rubber used on a pool table is a vital ingredient. It influences the ball response and game enjoyment.

The only type of rubber used on Toulet tables is Kleber Michelin, which is French-made. The French Federation of Billiards regulates this brand for competition play.

There are three types of rubber profiles for production.

The type of rubber used will depend on the table and game you require. UK-produced pool tables use an L-shaped rubber, the American game requires a triangular cushion rubber, and the French game of Carom requires a quadrangular profile.

Each cushion goes through rigorous testing and is thoroughly checked before assembly use.

A high-quality cushion will ensure top-quality ball response and outlast inferior products for many years.

A technical quality which proves itself

A leveller of 6cm diameter is put under each pool table leg. This allows the table to be perfectly adjusted for the best possible game. They are also covered with a furniture glide that prevents them from scratching the floor if the table is moved.

Competition quality cloth

Only the best pool table cloth is used in production. There would be no point in making such a luxury pool table and then cheapening it using inferior table felt.

These tables come with the best cloths on the market, guaranteeing the best possible roll.

The American-style tables use Simonis speed cloth. Both the 760 and 860 styles of cloth are available in various colours. Simonis is the Belgium producer of the world's greatest napless playing cloth. 

On UK 8-ball pool tables, you will have either Strachan or Hainsworth cloth. Both of these UK cloth companies produce fine woollen playing cloth worthy of gracing such beautiful tables.
