CORONAVIRUS UPDATE  9th January 2021

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

We are aware that there is a great deal of concern and uncertainty about the coronavirus's impact on businesses, and we want to share our current position with you. 

Please bear in mind that the following is subject to no further restrictions by the Government.

Pool Tables

The good news is that all our pool table manufacturers are still open and producing, although lead times have been extended due to a continued backlog of orders. 

Any pool table deliveries that were recently scheduled will be first in line for supply as soon as we can collect them from the factories. Lead times are clearly stated on the website product pages, and of course, we do have some fast delivery tables to certain parts of the country.

Several new customers are ordering in advance as many schools will not re-open for a while, and with families needing some entertainment, game tables are a great form of indoor and outdoor fun. To ensure timely delivery of a pool table and a place in the queue - order soon.

For new pool table customers, please order a product if you are prepared to wait for the lead times shown on each product page. 

We remain committed to your order from the manufacturer for existing pool table customers and will supply it as soon as possible. Please bear with us as we are prioritising orders by date, and we will get to you as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of progress by email. Fast-delivery tables will be delivered within four weeks

Spares and accessories will be despatched on the same day if orders are received by 2.30 pm, subject to stock. Given the circumstances, some deliveries may be made in 48 hours rather than 24 hours.

Please be assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions and following Government guidelines to protect our delivery crews and customers. Under the government guidelines, tradespeople can still enter your property provided all precautions regarding Covid have been taken.
