IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON POOL TABLE LEAD TIMES

Of course, you are aware that, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all the pool table manufacturing plants were forced to close for several months from March this year. All factories have now been open for about two months.

At the time of the closures, large quantities of existing table orders were still awaiting production from all the factories, and most of these have now been fulfilled.

However, during the closure and to date, we have, like other distributors, been inundated with pool table orders as families look for entertainment whilst furloughed or with young children needing some amusement during holidays.

This has meant unprecedented volumes for the manufacturers, so many tables can currently have up to 20 weeks of lead time. As you will understand, the manufacturers are working with their own suppliers to enable them to ramp up production, and most suppliers have responded well, albeit with some hiccups.

The lead times we give you at the point of your order or on our website are provided in good faith from the latest factory information, and we will work hard to meet those dates. However, these are always an approximation. We speak to the factories every week, and they supply updated lead times, but invariably, they are subject to production difficulties such as slower component supply and some staff shortages, which can cause delays.

We ask you to bear with us in giving you an exact delivery date for any order until we have been notified by the factory that it is ready, as the picture changes daily. Please refer to individual table product pages, which give our best estimate of lead times for each table.

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a fun product, but we don't want to guess delivery times and then be disappointed if there are production hiccups, which there are every now and then as manufacturers try to greatly increase their normal output.

Given the current situation, we recommend placing any new order sooner rather than later. We have monthly table stock slots booked with most manufacturers and we are confident that the situation will improve over the next few months, providing a more favorable lead time for your order.
