This means if the cloth tears, it can’t be fixed. The cloth on these tables also tends to be of a lower quality, making it less durable felt, which does not help the situation.

The imported tables on the market do not usually conform to regulation size, either. They can be bigger or smaller than the standard English 6ft or 7ft pool tables. The UK-made tables are usually always built to pub specification size.
