We deliver Pool Tables, accessories and other games room products throughout the UK. Deliveries are carried out exclusively by our two man team which gives us flexibility on delivery and timings. A wide range of spares such as cues, balls and table covers are also stocked on the vans for that last minute requirement.
England and Wales
Free Delivery – For a limited time only we will deliver your slate bed pool table to a ground floor room of your choice in England or Wales – absolutely free to most locations. We do require a delivery surcharge to certain areas. The following postcode locations would be subject to a distance charge - AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, EX, TR.
We do however strongly recommend that you take up the offer of our professional delivery and Installation service at the extra cost of £99 inc. vat which includes full installation, table positioning, levelling, after sales care instruction and a bonus pack of extra accessories.
Slate bed pool tables can weigh up to 250 kgs (550lbs) and moving and handling them takes knowledge and expertise. Our two man team of professional fitters can take away the strain, worry and hard work and leave your table perfect and ready to play.
Basement and first floor delivery and installations incur an extra cost of £65 per flight of stairs inc vat. We do require access photos or videos before agreeing to take upstairs orders. Please see our guide for upstairs deliveries.
Scotland and the Highlands
For delivery and Installation costs to Scotland north of Glasgow and Edinburgh and the Highlands please see our drop down box on the product page marked "Delivery and Installation" for applicable charges. These charges reflect the extra mileage incurred and potential overnight stay costs. The full installation package outlined above applies. Upper floor and basement installation costs are charged extra as above.
Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands.
We can deliver spares and accessories but different postal charges may apply. Please contact us for details.
Delivery Time
Depending on area and product most tables can be delivered within a reasonable time scale. We do try to be as accurate as possible with individual lead-times on each product page. We also have a quick delivery table page where you can find our stock tables.
Returns
2.1. Goods ordered from our website should arrive with you in a timely fashion and should be of satisfactory condition, as described and fit for purpose. All goods are subject to availability. Occasionally if we are out of stock of a spares item we will inform you and in some cases supply you with an equivalent item at no extra cost. Pool Tables and other large amusement machines are made to order and supplied individually by our manufacturers and can take on average 2/8 weeks to supply whereas in-stock spares items are normally supplied within 2/3 days or earlier.
2.2. Orders can be cancelled in writing prior to despatch however we shall not be bound to accept an order cancellation if we have ordered a bespoke product such as a pool table or branded cloth on your behalf. We will consider each request on its merits.
2.3. (Subject to paragraph 2.2) You can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods (commencing on the day after receipt ) provided written confirmation of your intention to return the goods has been received by us and the return mutually agreed . Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of any such agreement. We will refund the original amount of the goods in full within 30 days of receipt at our premises provided they are received back in the original packing and undamaged. The cost of returning goods that are undamaged fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality and as described shall be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund if the returned goods arrive back damaged or have been altered or used in any way.
2.4. Cancellation and return does not apply to Pool Tables as they are made to order in bespoke woods or cloth. These items are non refundable. Your statutory rights do however apply if the goods are received in faulty condition. See paragraph 2.5
2.5. All goods must be checked on arrival and any faults or defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the date of receipt. All reports of faulty or damaged goods with genuine defects will be rectified or exchanged at the cost of the seller.
